Welcome to Commodity Trade LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products (Foods or Machinery) from our platform. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Trade Compliance
As a global trade entity, Commodity Trade LLC operates under international trade laws. All buyers are responsible for ensuring that the import of commodities (Machinery or Food) complies with their local regional regulations and customs laws.
Institutional Buyer Notice
Bulk orders exceeding $50,000 USD require a verified Letter of Credit (LC) or upfront bank wire transfer as per our institutional financial protocols.
3. Machinery Orders
All industrial machinery units are sold with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Installation and technical support are subject to separate service agreements unless stated otherwise in the proforma invoice.
- Inspection reports are provided prior to shipping.
- Shipping insurance is mandatory for all heavy machinery exports.
- Technical specifications must be confirmed in writing before payment.
4. Food Commodities
Food products including grains, oils, and sugar are supplied with phytosanitary certificates. Due to the perishable nature of these commodities, returns are only accepted if the quality does not match the pre-shipment sample verified by a third-party inspector (SGS/Bureau Veritas).
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Commodity Trade LLC, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the industrial application of the products supplied.
